I wanted to send you a brief note letting you know how pleased we were with the
online applications you built for our Preservice Health Training modules, for use
in training medical students, as well as student dentists, nurse practitioners and
physician assistants. The interactive features you built into each of these “virtual
patient” modules were truly outstanding, including the expanding navigation menus,
the bookmarking for each unique user to retain his or her place in the module, the
printable and dated certificate of completion for those students who achieved at
least 70% on the “decision point” questions, and the log-in features for each student.
The overall look of each module, the consistency of presentation across modules,
and the page designs for each module were simply superb. Not only did you meet our
expectations, you exceeded them in providing extra features we had not expected.
We also appreciated your tremendous attention to detail, given the amount of content
presented within each of the modules and their accompanying resource documents.
